1 hour in depth consultation with body composition analysis measuring;

One to one personal training

Off peak (9.30am – 4.30pm) – £45
Peak – (6.30am – 9.30am / 5pm – 9pm) – £60

Nothing motivates you more than having an intensive training session with a trainer. We will push you but also educate you.
