I’m a friendly, down to earth and approachable trainer.

I love keeping myself in shape but also get enormous satisfaction from helping others transform their bodies.

My passion for health and fitness began when I was a teenager through boxing. I then served in the Armed Forces for eight years, travelling the world learning about military fitness and how far you can push your body. I became an endurance training leader and represented the Army Boxing Team.

Upon leaving the military my passion for fitness drove me to complete further courses about coaching and nutrition, including Sports and Exercise Science (BSc Hons) at university – studying at degree level has given me a vast amount of knowledge which I take a pride in keeping up to date by regularly reading scientific studies and reports. This is what helps me get the best results with my clients.

My clients are a real mixture – both male and female, from complete beginners to professional athletes. I train actors, musicians, tv producers, graphic designers, nurses and dentists – and always get results.

My nutrition plans usually involve eating a lot more than you expect so you won’t feel like you’re dieting, while my training sessions are intense but always enjoyable.
