I was training 5 times a week but wasn’t seeing results, Paul started off by increasing my calorie intake and changing my eating habits, he designed an easy to follow nutrition plan based on foods I like which made it easy to stick to. Throughout our plan I never felt hungry and always had plenty of energy for the gym! Pauls workout plan was simple and effective with emphasis on intensity and correct movement. I noticed results within the first couple weeks which was great and kept me motivated I was steadily burning fat and increasing muscle all whilst eating more food and doing less cardio.
Paul is a game changer!!
