I’ve always trained 4/5 times a week but always looked the same. No definition.

I’ve now completely changed my eating & drinking habits. Eating more good foods And I now eat fish ( never did )!!! I feel stronger yet 5kg lighter… Back running after strengthening my legs / hips.

Massive point, I found out i can be sensible at weeknds and not binge drink. I now go home at a reasonable hour. Overall feel stronger & fitter.
