Paul really helped me change my way of thinking about being in shape and being fit!!!

He got me eating more food and also got me back in the weights section of the gym !

I now have the confidence to walk into the ‘scary’ weights area in the gym next to all the men and do my workouts.

And the main thing was I actually felt body confident for the first time in years !!!
