Since having my second child I felt like I had let myself go. I’d fallen into the trap of ‘fad diets’ which weren’t sustainable, left me with low energy and resulted in binging after a few days. I’d spend hours a day doing cardio 6 days a week and was seeing little results. I had no idea where I was going wrong as I thought starving myself was the answer.
I’d finally got to the point where I was fed up and felt self conscious in my clothes so I decided to invest in myself. I’ve followed Paul for a while and couldn’t believe the transformations, especially from people I knew, so I knew the results were authentic. When Paul designed my plan I genuinely thought I would pile on the pounds and that there was no way in hell I would lose weight eating double the calories I’d previously consumed and also reducing my workouts from 6 days a week to 4!I couldn’t believe my progress in the first week & I was continuously losing weight with each check in. I was amazed. I felt energised, full and could fit my work outs around a hectic family lifestyle. I wish I had done this sooner.
I now find working out is part of my daily routine rather than a chore as I’m no longer chained to the treadmill for hours a day and my food plan is a dream in comparison to the restricted calories I was used to.I cannot recommend Paul enough, he is worth every penny. He has completely changed my mindset for the better. He was so supportive throughout, always answering any of my questions and pushing me to my maximum potential.
I can easily say I’m in the best shape of my life, and it’s all thanks to Paul.
