Lois - “I am so proud posting these photos! 8 weeks in, 2 dress sizes down and 20lbs gone 🙌🏻😀 I am the queen of yo-yo dieting and I got to a stage where I was fed up of ballooning back after my “fad diets” had finished. I wanted to lose weight the right way - so I decided to do Paulos knows 6 week transformation plan. Hands down the best thing I’ve decided to do 👏🏻🙌🏻. Paulos helped me to understand the how’s and why’s to losing weight the right way. I have so much more understanding of nutrition and how to work out and exercise correctly...I ended up doing the plan for 8 weeks and lost 20lbs 😭🙌🏻 I didn’t starve myself or kill myself at the gym, If anything I ate more than I have before but all the right foods and I only workout 3/ 4 times a week. Firstly, I would just like to say a massive thank you to Paul because my results are amazing! I contacted Paul as I was going through the motions with no progress. I’ve been training these last few years and I thought I knew my body and what to eat. Obviously not... When Paul told me to eat 3500 calories a day I honestly thought why am I doing this! But now I know the reasons why. I’ve got a strenuous job plumbing and burning calories throughout the day so I needed to put more fuel in my body to allow me to build. The first few weeks I couldn’t see a difference which was frustrating then all of a sudden my body just changed. It was hard work training 4 times a week but I’m so happy with the results! Being able to message Paul to make sure I was on track and to plan cheat meals really helped...I can’t thank Paul enough, I really appreciate all the help and guidance and even the catch up phone call after the programme to help me going forward in maintaining

I’m a dedicated coach with a passion for helping people achieve life-changing transformations.

My fitness journey began with boxing as a teenager, which led me to serve in the Armed Forces, where I mastered military fitness and learned just how far the human body can be pushed. After leaving the military, I pursued a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, along with qualifications in personal training, nutrition, and coaching. I stay at the forefront of fitness and nutrition by keeping up with the latest research.
