How often will we have check-ins?
Check-ins are typically done weekly to review progress, adjust plans as needed, and provide ongoing support.
Do I need a gym membership to follow your workout plans?
Not necessarily! I create programmes based on your available equipment. Whether you train at home with minimal gear or have full access to a gym, I’ll tailor the workouts accordingly.
How long will it take to see results?
This depends on your goals and commitment, but most clients start seeing noticeable results within the first 4–6 weeks.
Are meal plans restrictive?
Not at all! My nutrition plans are built around your preferences. You’ll eat more than you think, without feeling like you’re dieting.
Can I get support outside of check-ins?
Absolutely. You’ll have access to me via email or messaging for ongoing support between check-ins.
