Firstly, I would just like to say a massive thank you to Paul because my results are amazing! I contacted Paul as I was going through the motions with no progress. I’ve been training these last few years and I thought I knew my body and what to eat. Obviously not... When Paul told me to eat 3500 calories a day I honestly thought why am I doing this! But now I know the reasons why. I’ve got a strenuous job plumbing and burning calories throughout the day so I needed to put more fuel in my body to allow me to build. The first few weeks I couldn’t see a difference which was frustrating then all of a sudden my body just changed. It was hard work training 4 times a week but I’m so happy with the results! Being able to message Paul to make sure I was on track and to plan cheat meals really helped...I can’t thank Paul enough, I really appreciate all the help and guidance and even the catch up phone call after the programme to help me going forward in maintaining
I pushed myself to my limits, hardly missing a session. I’d like to thank Paul for all the support & guidance. The plan worked like clockwork & I’m in my best shape ever.
I’ve got the buzz back for training and pushing myself physically and I can now carry on with all the knowledge I’ve learnt and smash more goals.
The knowledge passed on from Paulos will be something I will use on a daily basis to make sure I keep in shape physically and mentally moving forward!
