I really struggled after my second child & second C section to lose the baby weight and get my body back, my boobs & skin had stretched so much. I did a plan with Paulos and lost weight but I was left with more saggy skin. I had minor surgery to remove this and had a boob reduction.

I was getting married abroad & the the thought of being in swimwear & wearing my dress got me down, I’d gone back to bad food habits, working 12 hour hairdressing shifts and not eating properly.
I really enjoyed the second part of plan. I loved the food & actually loved going to the gym to release stress of everyday life.
I understand now how to control my food so I can still have treats and Paulos has taught me I can eat a lot of food & actually lose weight.

I look back on my photos of my wedding and wouldn’t have been the same if i hadnt done this plan to look how i did.

I’ve been a model for 7 years so I’ve always been in good shape, but I’ve recently signed in London so my clients and goals alike have gotten a lot bigger. Firstly, I would just like to say a massive thank you to Paul because my results are amazing! I contacted Paul as I was going through the motions with no progress. I’ve been training these last few years and I thought I knew my body and what to eat. Obviously not... When Paul told me to eat 3500 calories a day I honestly thought why am I doing this! But now I know the reasons why. I’ve got a strenuous job plumbing and burning calories throughout the day so I needed to put more fuel in my body to allow me to build. The first few weeks I couldn’t see a difference which was frustrating then all of a sudden my body just changed. It was hard work training 4 times a week but I’m so happy with the results! Being able to message Paul to make sure I was on track and to plan cheat meals really helped...I can’t thank Paul enough, I really appreciate all the help and guidance and even the catch up phone call after the programme to help me going forward in maintaining
