I am so proud posting these photos! 8 weeks in, 2 dress sizes down and 20lbs gone. I am the queen of yo-yo dieting and I got to a stage where I was fed up of ballooning back after my “fad diets” had finished. I wanted to lose weight the right way - so I decided to do Paulos knows 6 week transformation plan. Hands down the best thing I’ve decided to do.

Paulos helped me to understand the how’s and why’s to losing weight the right way. I have so much more understanding of nutrition and how to work out and exercise correctly...I ended up doing the plan for 8 weeks and lost 20lbs. I didn’t starve myself or kill myself at the gym, If anything I ate more than I have before but all the right foods and I only workout 3/ 4 times a week.

Since having my second child I felt like I had let myself go. I’d fallen into the trap of ‘fad diets’ which weren’t sustainable, left me with low energy and resulted in binging after a few days. I’d spend hours a day doing cardio 6 days a week and was seeing little results. ‍I had no idea where I was going wrong as I thought starving myself was the answer.

I’d finally got to the point where I was fed up and felt self conscious in my clothes so I decided to invest in myself. ‍I’ve followed Paul for a while and couldn’t believe the transformations, especially from people I knew, so I knew the results were authentic. ‍When Paul designed my plan I genuinely thought I would pile on the pounds and that there was no way in hell I would lose weight eating double the calories I’d previously consumed and also reducing my workouts from 6 days a week to 4!‍I couldn’t believe my progress in the first week & I was continuously losing weight with each check in. I was amazed. I felt energised, full and could fit my work outs around a hectic family lifestyle. I wish I had done this sooner. ‍

I now find working out is part of my daily routine rather than a chore as I’m no longer chained to the treadmill for hours a day and my food plan is a dream in comparison to the restricted calories I was used to.‍I cannot recommend Paul enough, he is worth every penny. I really struggled after my second child & second C section to lose the baby weight and get my body back, my boobs & skin had stretched so much. I did a plan with Paulos and lost weight but I was left with more saggy skin. I had minor surgery to remove this and had a boob reduction.

I was getting married abroad & the the thought of being in swimwear & wearing my dress got me down, I’d gone back to bad food habits, working 12 hour hairdressing shifts and not eating properly.
I really enjoyed the second part of plan. I loved the food & actually loved going to the gym to release stress of everyday life.
I understand now how to control my food so I can still have treats and Paulos has taught me I can eat a lot of food & actually lose weight.

I look back on my photos of my wedding and wouldn’t have been the same if i hadnt done this plan to look how i did.
