Lois - “I am so proud posting these photos! 8 weeks in, 2 dress sizes down and 20lbs gone 🙌🏻😀 I am the queen of yo-yo dieting and I got to a stage where I was fed up of ballooning back after my “fad diets” had finished. I wanted to lose weight the right way - so I decided to do Paulos knows 6 week transformation plan. Hands down the best thing I’ve decided to do 👏🏻🙌🏻. Paulos helped me to understand the how’s and why’s to losing weight the right way. I have so much more understanding of nutrition and how to work out and exercise correctly...I ended up doing the plan for 8 weeks and lost 20lbs 😭🙌🏻 I didn’t starve myself or kill myself at the gym, If anything I ate more than I have before but all the right foods and I only workout 3/ 4 times a week. Massive thank you to Paulos, as the saying goes - he really does know 🤣👏🏻 having an online PT was the best choice I made and I can’t recommend him enough!
